You can set up your groups in two different formats; public or private. Public groups are visible to all members of the community, and all members can be included in these groups.

Private groups are created specifically for the people you choose from within your community. They are visible but the group admin must approve the ‘members’ request to join the group; providing secure conversations and discussions, making members feel exclusive. Participation in private groups is provided by the community manager through the management panel.
