Internal communication tools are designed for desk workers.

In a large e-commerce operation like Hepsiburada, the real work happens not at desks but in warehouses, delivery vehicles, stores, and fulfilment centers. These employees have no corporate email, aren't at computers all day, and work in shifts.

The question for the internal communications team was: "How do we reach thousands of blue-collar workers across 16 different regions of Turkey, during shift hours, through the only device everyone has — their phone?"
